Beautiful and bold. Blended between a well structured Stellenbosch Cabernet Sauvignon, Pinotage and Merlot. The wine were separately aged in American - and French oak barrels prior blending. On the nose, the Cabernet expresses a delicate "cigar box" tone, but follows shortly with blackberry from the Pinotage. The Merlot tends to show dashes of mint slightly later.
