PROSECCO DOC EXTRA DRY - ORGANIC WINE: Alberto Nani is produced without pesticides, insecticides and herbicides. Alberto Nani is pleasantly crisp with a floral bouquet, savory and complex on the palate with a mineral finish.

WINEMAKING NOTES: Very soft pressing. Initial fermentation with selected yeasts at a temperature of 15°C. Secondary fermentation through the Charmat method at a temperature of 15°C.
GRAPES: Glera
ALCOHOL: 11% by vol.
ACIDITY: 6 G/L
SUGAR: 14 G/L
COLOR: Clear lemon yellow
BOUQUET: Intense, floral bouquet
TASTE: Harmonic with a mineral finish
SERVING TEMPERATURE: 6°-8° C
FOOD PAIRING: Ideal as an aperitif. Pairs well with appetizers and fish dishes.
